Returns and replacements

As a customer you are entitled to cancel your order. Therefore, you also have the right to return non faulty goods within the cancellation period. Please take note of our instructions of cancellation for any details.

For returns or replacements, please use our return form that comes with your ordered goods. Our return service allows you to send the goods back free of charge and in an uncomplicated way.

If you intend to make use of your right of cancellation, please read the following:

If you are unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, treat them as if you are testing them in a retail store before purchase.

If you try goods on, please only try them on dressed. For hygienic reasons, please do not remove hygienic strips on goods.

If goods lose value or become unsellable due to use, staining or damage, you the customer shall pay compensation for the value of the respective goods.

Please note that from the receipt of your cancellation to the refund of your payment 10-14 days can elapse. In case of credit card payment, the amount may only be credited at the end of the subsequent month. However, this is not up to us but up to the procedures of the respective credit institutions. On receiving your returns, we will send you an email with information on the receipt of the goods and our payback method. Bank charges that you may have made upon payment will not be reimbursed!
